What this policy covers
This policy covers the neurona28.com website, the waitlist form and the newsletter signup on it, and the text and WhatsApp messages we send to people who ask for them.
It does not cover the Neurona 28 product. The product is in development, and how it handles information will be described separately when it is available.
Please do not send us patient information. Not through the waitlist form, not by email, and not by text or WhatsApp. The form does not ask for any, and nothing on this site needs it.
What this site collects
What you send us. The waitlist form asks for your first and last name, your email address, your mobile phone number, your role (coder, auditor, CDI specialist, or other), and where you work (Puerto Rico, the United States, or elsewhere). Two questions are optional: how you heard about us, and what is hardest in your work right now, in your own words. Giving a phone number does not let us text you; the section on text and WhatsApp messages below explains what does. Nothing in the form is required in order to browse the site, and the site asks for nothing else.
The form also carries two checkboxes about text and WhatsApp messages. Neither is checked for you, neither is required, and the form sends either way.
The newsletter signup in the page footer asks for your email address and nothing else.
We do not collect mailing addresses or payment information anywhere on this site.
What the servers record. Like any web server, the service that hosts this site keeps standard access logs: the requesting IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser's own description of itself. These exist to keep the site available and secure.
What the site counts. Nothing. This site runs no analytics.

Why we collect it
To write to you when Neurona 28 is ready for you, which is what the waitlist is for. To send the newsletter, if you subscribed to it. To reply if you write to us. To understand who is interested, by role and by where they work, how they found us, and what they find hardest in their work. To keep the site running and secure. And, only if you ask for them, to send you the text or WhatsApp messages described below.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
Who receives it
Three service providers, and no one else.
GoHighLevel receives what you submit through the waitlist form and the newsletter signup, and stores it. It is the contact system we use to keep the waitlist and to write to you.
LeadConnector, the messaging service built into GoHighLevel, carries the text messages you asked for, and WhatsApp (Meta) carries the WhatsApp messages; each receives your phone number to do so.
Vercel hosts this site and holds the server access logs described above.
Each acts on our instructions and under agreements that limit what it may do with your information. None may use it for its own purposes.
Beyond those, no one. We disclose information further only if the law requires it, and we will say so on this page if that ever changes.
Your phone number and your messaging consent go to the providers named above and no further. They are the subcontractors that carry the messages; they are not an audience for them.
The email we send you
When Neurona 28 is ready for you. Joining the waitlist means we'll write when it is. Until then, we may send occasional news about it, a few times a year at most.
The newsletter. If you subscribe, we send notes on defensible coding, about once a month.
Replies. If you write to us, we write back.
Every message carries a way out: an unsubscribe link at the foot of every email. Unsubscribing stops the waitlist emails or the newsletter, whichever it came from. It does not stop a reply to something you asked us.
Text and WhatsApp messages
You are messaged only if you asked to be. Giving a phone number does not by itself permit a message. Two separate checkboxes on the form control that: one for service messages about your waitlist sign-up, one for marketing messages about Neurona 28. Neither is checked for you, neither is required to submit the form, and you can send the form without either.
Messages come by text message (SMS) or WhatsApp. Check the first box and we may message you replies to questions you send us; how often depends on the conversation. Check the second and we may message you when Neurona 28 is ready for you and with news about it, up to 4 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop, reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP to any message for help. Stopping takes effect at once and stays in effect until you ask us to start again. Writing to [email protected] does the same thing.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We keep the consent itself on file: which boxes you checked, the exact wording you were shown when you checked them, the page you were on, the date and time, and the IP address the form was sent from. That record exists so the permission can be shown to have been given, which a carrier can require for any individual number, and it is kept for as long as we hold the number. The IP address is there as evidence of the consent and for nothing else.
How long it is kept
We keep what you submitted until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until 24 months after Neurona 28 launches, whichever comes first. This covers the waitlist only; the product's own data handling will be described separately when it is available.
How it is kept safe
What we do. The site is served only over HTTPS, and browsers are told never to load it any other way. Forms are sent to our own server, which passes them to GoHighLevel, so no key or password is present in the page. What you submit is held in GoHighLevel, where only we can reach it, and is deleted on the schedule above.
What we do not claim. The providers named above operate their own security controls, and those are theirs rather than ours. We will not list a provider's certifications here as though we performed them. No system is perfectly secure. If we ever learn that information you sent us has been exposed, we will tell you.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. It keeps one small setting in your browser's session storage so that the short opening animation plays once per visit; your browser erases it when you close the tab. The site runs no advertising pixels, no session recording, and no third-party chat.
Do Not Track, and tracking across other sites
The site does not track you, so there is nothing for Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control to switch off. If that ever changes, we will honour both, and say so here first.
No third party collects information about you through this site, and none follows you from this site to any other. One note for completeness: the site's typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google's servers for them, and those servers see the request's IP address as any web server would.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Tell us the email address you used and we will find it.
Every waitlist email carries an unsubscribe link, described above. Any text or WhatsApp message we send you stops on STOP.
Children
This site is addressed to professionals who work in medical coding, auditing and clinical documentation. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to us and we will remove it.
When this policy changes
If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new effective date at the top. Material changes are announced here before they take effect.
