neurona28.com is operated by Neurona 28 LLC, based in Carolina, Puerto Rico. Using the site means accepting these terms and the Privacy Policy.
What this site is
Information about Neurona 28, an HCC coding review tool in development. Reading the site, or joining the waitlist, creates no account, no licence and no agreement to use the product. The product will be governed by its own terms when it is available.
Nothing on this site is coding, billing, legal or medical advice. The examples are synthetic and illustrative, and they are not product output. The coder decides what is queried and what is submitted.
What is ours
The text, the design, the illustrations and the Neurona 28 name and marks belong to Neurona 28 LLC. Read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it freely. Do not reproduce it commercially or present it as your own.
What we ask of you
Use the site as a site. Do not probe it, disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or try to reach the systems behind it. Do not send patient information through the site, by email, or by text or WhatsApp.
Text and WhatsApp messages
The programme
Neurona 28 waitlist messages are run by Neurona 28 LLC, Carolina, Puerto Rico. Messages come by text message (SMS) and WhatsApp from a Neurona 28 phone number, which this page will name once it is in service.
The waitlist form offers two checkboxes. One covers service messages about your waitlist sign-up: replies to questions you send us, at a frequency that follows the conversation. The other covers marketing messages: word when Neurona 28 is ready for you, and news about it, up to 4 messages a month. Neither box is checked for you, neither is required to send the form, and checking one does not check the other.
Who can take part
You must be 18 or older to give this consent and to receive these messages.
Consent is not a condition
Consent to be messaged is not a condition of anything. It is not required to use this site, to join the waitlist, or to get a reply from us.
Cost and frequency
Message and data rates may apply, to the messages we send you and the ones you send us. Those are between you and your carrier; ask your carrier about your plan. How often we message you is set out under "The programme" above.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop. We will send one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and after that no more. It takes effect at once and stays in effect until you ask us to start again. To start again, reply START or sign up on the form again. Writing to [email protected] also stops the messages.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or write to [email protected].
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is theirs, not ours, and we do not promise that any message arrives, arrives once, or arrives on time.
What the messages are not
These messages are about the waitlist. They are not coding advice and they are not a way to use the Neurona 28 product. Do not send patient information by text or WhatsApp.
Your consent record and your privacy
We keep a record of your consent: which boxes you checked, the wording shown when you checked them, and when. The Privacy Policy describes what that record holds, how long we keep it, and how your phone number is handled.
When these terms change
If these terms change, the revised version appears on this page with a new effective date at the top.

What we do not promise
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, and we promise neither.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Neurona 28 LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, and its total liability for any claim arising from these terms will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
What we ask if something goes wrong because of you
If your use of this site breaks these terms or the law, and that causes a claim against us, you cover the cost of it, including reasonable legal fees.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If a dispute arises, both sides first try to settle it directly, in good faith, for thirty days. What remains goes to binding arbitration in Puerto Rico, unless both sides agree in writing to somewhere else. Either side may still go to court to stop immediate harm.
The rest
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stands and that part is narrowed to what the law allows. Not enforcing a term once does not waive it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; Neurona 28 LLC may transfer its own in a merger or sale.
