The Service: Neurona 28 is an AI-powered clinical documentation review tool. It is not medical advice. It does not diagnose or treat conditions. It does not replace professional clinical judgment. All outputs are for informational and decision-support purposes only.
Eligibility: You must be a healthcare professional or authorized representative to use the Service. Early access is by invitation only.
Acceptable Use: You agree not to enter protected health information (PHI) including patient names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, medical record numbers, or other identifiers. You agree not to rely on the Service as the sole basis for any clinical or coding decision. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimer: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. THIS IS AN EARLY-ACCESS PRODUCT UNDER ACTIVE DEVELOPMENT.
Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Neurona 28, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Termination: We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
